You can request deletion of personal data associated with your Qwik Eat usage at any time. This page explains how to submit a request, what gets removed, what may need to be retained, and how long the process usually takes.

Use whichever route is easiest for you, but include enough information for us to verify ownership of the account or phone number involved.

  • Send a message such as DELETE through the Qwik Eat WhatsApp flow and follow any verification prompts.
  • Email help@qwikeat.online with the phone number used for your orders and a clear request to delete your data.
  • If you are requesting deletion on behalf of someone else, we may ask for additional authorization before acting.

Where eligible, we remove or anonymize data associated with your use of the service.

  • Customer profile information linked to your phone number.
  • Saved delivery details and internal preference history where deletion is technically and operationally feasible.
  • Support notes or operational records that do not need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.

What we may retain

A deletion request does not always mean every record can be erased immediately. Some information may need to stay in place for legitimate business or legal reasons.
