  • Submitting an order does not always guarantee acceptance; vendors may reject or cancel an order due to stock, timing, or operational issues.
  • Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by traffic, weather, rider availability, or vendor delays.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Payments may be processed through third-party providers. You are responsible for using an approved payment method and reviewing your order before confirming it.

  • If a payment fails, an order may remain unconfirmed until successful payment is received.
  • Refunds, replacements, or credits may depend on the reason for the issue, vendor confirmation, and payment status.
  • Where a chargeback, reversal, or fraudulent payment occurs, we may suspend related accounts or refuse future orders.

Platform role and limits

Qwik Eat is a technology and coordination layer for ordering, not the restaurant or kitchen preparing your meal.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Qwik Eat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from vendor conduct, delivery delays, menu inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

Changes, suspension, and updates

We may update these terms, modify features, or suspend access where necessary for security, maintenance, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

Continued use of the service after updated terms are published means you accept the revised version.
